5th Annual Mud Volleyball Tournament

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to help us prepare tournament brackets and ensure a smooth event. 

Walk-up registrations may be accepted if space is available.

Team Check-In: 3:15 PM 

All Players Must Be Present No Later Then 3:30 PM Tournament Begins: Promptly at 4:00 PM

Entry Fee: $100.00 per Team Registration fees must be paid in full before your team will be eligible to play.

Players must be 16 years of age or older to participate.

Every player must sign the Tournament Liability Waiver before participating.

Players under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver prior to play.

Each team must designate one Team Captain as the primary contact.

Team rosters may include up to 8 players & a minimum of 6 players is required to compete.

At least two (2) female players must be on the court at all times during each match.

Players may compete on one team only during the tournament.

Tournament brackets will be based on the total number of registered teams and will be seeded before play begins.

The tournament will be played in a double-elimination format.

Games are played to 21 points. Teams must win by at least two (2) points.

Tournament officials may impose a time limit on games, if necessary, due to the number of teams or weather conditions.

Matches are self-officiated by the teams playing.

If a call cannot be agreed upon, the point will be replayed.

Winning teams are responsible for reporting their match results to the official scorekeeper at the Head Table immediately following each game.

If a playoff game is needed to determine advancement or placement, it will be played to 15 points, with a team required to win by two (2) points.

Court boundaries will be clearly marked. For safety reasons, play outside the designated court boundaries is not permitted.

Matches will continue during rain whenever possible. In the event of lightning or other hazardous weather, tournament officials reserve the right to delay, suspend, resume, or cancel play for participant safety.

Standard volleyball rules apply, including player rotation, serving from behind the service line, and other general gameplay rules unless otherwise stated.

Each team is allowed one (1) 30-second timeout per game.

Unlimited substitutions are permitted at the Team Captain's discretion, provided roster and on-court player requirements are maintained.

Tournament officials reserve the right to interpret rules, resolve disputes, and make final decisions regarding gameplay, scheduling, and sportsmanship.

This tournament is intended to be a fun, family-friendly community event. Teams are expected to display good sportsmanship and respect toward opponents, officials, volunteers, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or unsafe behavior may result in penalties or removal from the tournament at the discretion of tournament officials.

contact lenses are not recommended, 

Swim/Glasses are allowed. 

Bring plenty of Towels, 

Have Fun and Enjoy the mud, Bath!

Bring lawn Chair, Canopy Tent, & Sunscreen

NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE VOLLEYBALL GROUNDS!
