4th Annual Mud Volleyball Tournament

PRE-REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED SO WE CAN GET A COUNT ON TEAMS BUT CAN REGISTER AT 3PM DAY OF TOURNAMENT  

Registration begins @ 3:00 pm & Tournament will begin promptly at 4:00 pm

Registration Fee: $100 per Team (must be paid before Games start)

Registration and Eligibility

· The game is open to players 16 years of age or older.

ALL PLAYERS WILL SIGN TOURNAMENT RELEASED/WAIVER BEFORE THEY ARE ABLE TO PLAY

· Roster may include a maximum of 8people. Must have at least 6 members to play, with 2 females on the field all game.

· One member shall serve as the official team captain. Each team captain must check in 10 minutes prior to their first game with a complete roster & signed Release/Wavier.

· No Player will be added after the roster has been submitted. 

· Individuals may only participate on one Team.

General Rules

· Brackets will be determined on total teams signed up – (Brackets Subject to Change) 

o A game will continue until a team scores 21 points and is least 2 points ahead.

o A time limit may be put in place depending on total team numbers. 

· Games will be self-officiated by the teams playing. If a call cannot be agreed on, reply to the point.

· Teams will be responsible to report wins to the official score keeper at the Head Table. 

· In the event of tie, Playoff Game to 15 points and at least 2 points ahead. Will be played.

· Court Boundaries will be flagged in the corners.

· No playing will be allowed outside of the court for safety reasons. 

· Matches will continue in the rain, in the event of lightning sighted, the game directors reserve the right to suspend play, after and/or cancel matches at their discretion for safety reasons. 

· Teams will consist of 6 players with 2 subs, Max on court is 6 players with at least two women. 

· General volleyball rules still apply rotation of players, serve behind the line, etc. 

· Each team will be allowed one 30 second timeout per game. 

· Team captains may substitute an unlimited number of times. 

· The tournament format will be double elimination.
